About this tool

Combine Images Into One

This tool lets you merge two or more images into a single output image, entirely in your browser. Arrange them side by side for comparison shots, stack them vertically for before/after presentations, or use the 2-column grid for a simple collage layout. Control the gap between images and the background color for the gaps.

Common Use Cases

Will the images be stretched or distorted?

No — images are placed at their original pixel dimensions. For horizontal merging, images are aligned at their tops/centers/bottoms and the canvas height equals the tallest image. For vertical merging, the canvas width equals the widest image. Images are never stretched to match each other.

What is the maximum number of images I can merge?

There is no hard limit in the tool. However, merging very many large images may consume significant browser memory. For performance, you may want to resize very large images before merging. Output resolution equals the sum of all image dimensions in the merge direction.

How do I merge images into a PDF instead?

Use the Image to PDF tool on this site — it converts multiple images into a multi-page PDF document, with control over page size and orientation.
