JSONL / NDJSON to JSON

Parse one JSON object per line and collect the records into a standard JSON array.

Convert JSONL and NDJSON to JSON

JSON Lines, often called JSONL or NDJSON, stores one complete JSON value on each line. This converter reads those records and returns a standard JSON array that can be inspected, formatted, or passed to another JSON tool.

Blank lines are ignored and each remaining line must contain valid JSON. Use the converter for log files, streaming exports, analytics records, and command-line output. Parsing happens locally in your browser and the original newline-delimited input is not sent to a server.

JSONL is useful when records are streamed or processed one at a time, while a JSON array is convenient for normal browser tools and APIs. If one line is malformed, correct that record and run the conversion again.

Each line is parsed independently, which makes errors easier to locate than in a large document. The output array can then be sent to JSON validators, formatters, viewers, schema tools, or conversion utilities that expect ordinary JSON.

Use the copy control to move a checked result into another local development workflow.
