The first line of the tab-separated text is treated as the header, and every following line becomes a JSON object with those column names as keys; blank header cells are named column1, column2 and so on, and duplicate headers get a numeric suffix. Values are kept as strings exactly as typed. id name / 1 Ada gives [{"id": "1", "name": "Ada"}].
