The converter reads INSERT INTO … (columns) VALUES (…), (…); statements, including multi-row inserts, quoted strings with '' escapes, NULL and numbers, and ignores comments and other statements such as CREATE TABLE. The column list becomes the header: INSERT INTO users (id, name) VALUES (1, 'Ada'), (2, 'Alan'); gives id,name, 1,Ada, 2,Alan.
