Paste a list of addresses, one per line, and the tool cleans them up (adding https:// where it is missing and skipping anything that is not a web link), then shows each one as a clickable link. "Open all" asks the browser to open every link in a new tab, but pop-up blockers normally allow only the first tab per click unless you allow pop-ups for this site, so the numbered links are there to open the rest one by one or with a middle-click.
