Creates @dataclass classes with type hints, from_dict() and to_dict() methods, snake_case attribute names mapped back to the original keys, and Optional[…] = None for fields that are not present in every sample. {"id":1,"price":9.5} gives id: int and price: float, and from_dict converts price with float().
