Generates an @interface with properties (strings as copy NSString *, numbers and booleans as NSNumber *, arrays as typed NSArray) plus an implementation with initWithDictionary: and dictionaryValue that handle NSNull and nested models. Names that clash with Objective-C (such as id) get a trailing underscore: "id" becomes NSNumber *id_. The code compiles with clang under ARC.
