Converting HTML to Jade templates

Jade is the original name of Pug and uses the same indentation syntax, so the output works in Jade 1.x and in current Pug. Inline elements inside text are split onto their own lines with piped text for the words around them: <p id="intro">Hello <b>there</b></p> becomes p#intro, | Hello and b there, keeping the space before the bold word.
